Starting July 15th-August 2nd:
Mon- 12-3 pm TVHS pool
Tues- 9-10 am GOHS Weight Room
1-3 pm TVHS Pool
Wed- 9-10 am GOHS Weight Room
Thurs- 9-10 am GOHS Weight Room
12-3 pm TVHS Pool
Fri- 12-3 pm TVHS Pool
All players must have their athletic clearance to participate! Get your clearance submitted ASAP!! If you are not cleared by July 15th, you will not be able to attend until you are.
FYI- Athletic office is closed from June 29-July 14th
Please make sure that your player has the appropriate clothing and shoes for the weight room, as well as swimsuits, all gear for pool sessions (i.e. googles, sunscreen, towel, etc.). A water bottle will also be necessary as it gets warm in the weight room and the pool deck will be even hotter at that hour of the day.
Families and players, please spread the word to anyone who would be interested in seeing what girls water polo is all about to come try it out! Summer is the perfect time to test it out. This workout program will be a great building block to our season! We need all players out there putting in the work this summer!!!

We are looking for a few more chairs to lead vacant positions, as well as many volunteers to help with each committee throughout the season. Please note that Senior parents must participate in the planning, coordination and execution of Senior Night.
Once roster is set, we will be in need of a Team Parent for Varsity and JV. More info to follow.
