Below are finalized race rosters.  In general, runners need to arrive at the meet 2 hours before the start of their race.

NOVICE races are designed for runners who have recent or predicted race times of 24 minutes or longer.  Runners need to discuss their roster placement with Coach Draughon if they are in that category of predicted race finish times so they know their options.

**ALL runners should be rostered to race, but some new runners, or runners who did not race Cool Breeze, might not be on the list.  Runners need to talk with Coach Draughon if their name is missing so she can get rosters corrected.

The Traffic and Parking Plan for the 2023 Woodbridge Cross Country Classic 

***** Avoid exiting Interstate 5 at Sand Canyon off ramp at all times! 

1.       All parking passes ($ 20.00) must be purchased online prior to arriving at the Great Park.  No parking passes will be sold at the different Great Park lots. 

2.       It is Extremely Important that everyone that will attend this event (bus drivers, coaches, family members, spectators) follows the driving directions to the Great Park and the different lots in the attachment and links provided below rather than those they can get from Apps like Google Maps, Waze, etc. etc. 

3.       Buses will drop off and pick up teams on Phantom Road next to parking lot # 1.   Bus driving directions are attached.  Bus staging directions (about 10 minutes away) will be provided when they drop off.  Coordinate pick up via phone call when your team is ready to go home.   

4.       All vehicles (including school vans) will park in lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Wild Rivers Lot or Portola High School (bus shuttle service available) with a $ 20.00 pass purchased online.

    7.       Runner drop off and pick up will be on Phantom Road adjacent to parking lot # 1 between Valley Ridge and Corsair. 

We all know that with large athletic events, there will be traffic.  However, nothing frustrates us more, and takes the fun out of an event quicker, than gridlock traffic.  The Irvine PD and our management team have devised a plan that will minimize the chances of this occurring (grid lock).  This plan worked well last year and will work again with your help and cooperation.  Please take the time at your Back-to-school nights, early season team meetings, weekly newsletters, team competitions and social activities, etc. to educate your team’s families on the elements of his plan.
