11/4: 

We race at 9:16 AM - BOYS and 10:12  AM - GIRLS on Saturday at Mt SAC in CIF Prelims.

Down below the Post-Season roster is a copy of the heat sheets.

We will leave the front parking lot at 6 AM Saturday morning.  We will stop for lunch on the way home.

11/1: 

Athletes rostered for post-season must not be attending practices for another sport.  Athletes must be committed to cross country and helping the team making it to State and Nationals.

If an athlete has any questions, they should discuss them with Coach Draughon.

The list of post-season athletes is below.  Any questions should come from athletes and be directed to Coach Draughon.  ONLY post-season athletes are allowed at practices starting 11/2.
