Summer Training Information

Below are the training calendars for the Summer.  Runners are training on their own, with no coaching from GOHS coaches, until the July 11th Time Trial.  The calendar indicates running workouts and strength workouts for each day.  The strength workout videos are also linked in a document below. 

More information will be provided to new runners at the meeting on May 16th.  Coach Draughon cannot coach incoming freshmen until the July 11th start date.  Current GOHS runners can contact Coach Draughon to get questions answered until the end of the school year.
