CONGRATULATIONS ON ALL THOSE THAT STUCK IT OUT AND TRIED OUT FOR THE SWIM TEAM.

First dual swim meet is Thursday 2/22/24 at Liberty High School.

Early release is at 1:15pm

Bus departure from the school is at 1:45pm

Those who would like to drive themselves to the Liberty Dual meet must complete a hold harmless form and turn in the wet copy to me Wednesday at practice. Anyone who does not ride the bus back to the school from the meet must have a hold harmless form completed and turned to Coach Sinclair Wednesday at practice. Hold Harmless Form can be found on Stack Team App and Team Website. If turning in a hold harmless form and not riding bus to the meet 2/22/24 must have parents call them out early from the school, they will not have an early release pass. Questions, ask Coach.

Liberty Relays Invite is 2/24/24 and there will be no buses for transportation. Those assigned to go will need to arrange for a ride there and home.

All Wolfpack athletes are REQUIRED to complete the Athletic Clearance process PRIOR to participating in any practice or game.

First Meet 2/22/24 Against Liberty High School (AWAY MEET)

After School Practices: Mon, Tues, Thur, Friday 3:30pm - 6:00pm, Wed 2:15pm - 5:30pm

*Before School Practices: Mon and Wed 6:30am - 8:00am* Will change due to scheduling conflicts or school closures like holidays

Weight Room Training: on Wednesdays 2:30pm-3:30pm and Fridays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm after pool practice.

There will be some practices scheduled for morning sessions for either pool practices or dryland in the weight room when available.
